Everything was great. The staff was excellent and very courteous. A highly recommendable hotel and a great location. My only complaint is the mattress, it was too firm and uncomfortable. But that can be a problem anywhere. We loved staying there. My compliments too Best Western Bayside!
Great location in the heart of St. Augustine. Rooms are dated. We were surprised when told it is an additional $18.00 per day for parking.

Excellent location. Did not use the pool, the lobby was small but clean and had to-go bags in the mornings. The parking was well coordinated, but requires staff assistance to keep it going in an orderly fashion. The room was as expected, the a/c was a little loud, but it had a fridge and microwave, which was great.
