A huge fan was at the entrance making as much noise as it’s hugeness. I had to ask receptionist to turn it down so I could hear her. The morning receptionist, cook, and bottle cleaner was terrific as stressed a off. One other thing that I came away with it was the initial experience of signing. We were using our rewards points and the points we were going to use when we made the reservation were increased. I asked the receptionist why the increase and she said because there was a class reunion at the university. Yuh? We were given the amount of points that would be used, and the management increased it.
Common areas were not clean. Lock on the door didn’t work properly. Shower faucet leaked.
