The front desk person was very polite. They told us about their complimentary breakfast at the 19th hole bar & restaurant. Which was a nice breakfast.
Never provided lower cost option I discovered later: Outer rooms, without pool view, are 10% cheaper. Pool was inoperable, greenish looking and closed. Room not cleaned after 1st night. Had to plead for cleaning the next day. Desk chair broken, would raise to desk height. Never replaced. The whole place smelled dirty to me, but that may be my particular nose. Front desk staff, Barabara & Beck, were very pleasant and helpful.

Good - When I checked in, we didn't have our luggage because it was lost during our flights. They provided free toothbrushes and toothpaste, and gave us complimentary water. Really appreciated this after our long day traveling. Bad - On three occasions, housekeeping did not clean our room for some reason and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

Of the three hotel/motels I stayed in on this trip, this Green Valley BW was the best. No traffic or train noise and the room heater worked well. The complimentary breakfast in a restaurant was also a plus.
