Just an average facility. I am a rewards member with Best Western and they never add my stay to the rewards system unless I remind them. The building needs some major renovation.
My wife had stayed at the same hotels 2 weeks prior of the next stay. Upon check in the first time, the guest agent said our room number aloud with someone standing behind us. The next morning when we checked out, a different agent was at the desk. I stood there for at least 10 seconds with no acknowledgement. I just dropped the room keys in a box. This leads into the next visit. I had doubts staying there again, but I did a survey that the hotel sent via e-mail. I informed on the survey about the experience and how disappointed that a guest agent would say the room number out loud. I figured they would have resolved the situation and train them properly. Boy was I wrong. We go to check in and it is the same agent at the desk. I told my wife to check us in because if I hear the room number said aloud I would lose it. My wife goes to the counter and gives the name. The agent once again "your room number is 327! I worked in hotel hospitality for over 20 years. The first rule when checking in a guest "DO NOT SAY THE ROOM NUMBER"!
Poor customer relations. Put a charge on credit card without notification. Breakfast eas usually cold and unappealing. Room service would shoe up very early to clean.
