Located north of Monterey in an area surrounded by beach dunes, the hotel offers exterior patios and a lawn area. Guest rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. Smoke free premises. 84 units. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This was probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. The floors were crusty and dusty, and I had to walk on towels to get around. The "clean", white towels were STAINED with GROSS STUFF so badly that we thought they were dirty. The room itself was actually updated and no carpet so that is a plus. Our neighbors were very loud into the night, so it felt like we were living in a noisy apartment. Anyways, the breakfast wasn't gourmet or anything, but it was definitely the highlight of the place because it was a very good spread with great DIY waffles and lots of coffee and we were definitely fed. My ratings are all bad but I gave it 5 star because the price was so cheap so I knew what I was getting myself into and the price and the breakfast makes all the bad things turn the overall rating to 5 star ⭐️
The location is picture perfect. Check was easy. Breakfast buffet was well appointed.
Clean room and bathroom. No carpet, but laminate floor instead means no funky carpet odors. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good enough for a quick bite to eat before heading out for the day. Only real drawback is that it's next to a highway, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Great location- beach with a great view of sunset just around the corner. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean. Assessable room had plenty of room to maneuver wheelchair, but NO hand rails in/or around bath tube. Breakfast eggs, pancakes and sausage were from frozen - not very good. Eat fresh waffles(make your own), bagels, or English muffins.
