This hotel is superb. We arrived at night, in the rain, and didn't get a good look at the outside until the next morning. It's really quite a small hotel, but they do everything right! The room was immaculate and everything worked as it should. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! Check in and out was hassle free. If I ever have need to stay in or near Mt. Vernon again, I won't even think twice about where to stay. They've earned my repeat business.

The hotel and staff were fine. The remote for the TV had several broken and they had no extras. At 5:30 am there was no hot water and no one else was using it. The temp was set at about 105 deg.
