This hotel was much nicer than we expected. It was very clean, and the breakfast was nice with a lot of options. We were traveling with our dog, so it was nice to have a room downstairs with the door opening to outside for convenience sake. The location was perfect for just driving through to our ultimate destination, and there is an Ingle's grocery store a few miles up the road. I rated the location as 5 due to our needs, however, I am not sure that would apply to someone wanting to stay closer to the downtown Asheville area. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

It's okay. It was clean when we arrived, the king suite bathroom was extremely small, not alot of space to turn around. But for the price and it being a quick trip, it wasn't bad. The only reason i gave a 3 star was because this was the first time i have ever stayed anywhere that a cleaning crew did NOT come in during our entire stay. No clean towels, trash cans where not empty and beds not made, and nothing was replenished. We had to call the front desk to request clean towels and empty trash cans. Because no one came in during the day and do anything... that was shocking to me.

Only negative was our room (I believe room 444) smelled like a wet dog. Other than that price was good and room was clean. Just smelled bad.
