Needed a room for one night before traveling on. This was in a good location near airport where two people from different places could meet up. Front desk woman was friendly and accommodating.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars for the cleanliness and quiet. However, the 3 ladies that were at the front desk when we checked in we’re very rude. We got there early and they told us we had to wait until 3:00. No problem, we took our bags and went to get something to eat. We got back to the hotel at 2:30 and sat in the lobby waiting until 3:00. The entire time we were waiting, they didn’t even speak to us or do any work. They chatted the entire time and used multiple curse words. Each one of them said the f word at least 4 or 5 times. I was stunned at how unprofessional they were. At 3:00, I walked up to check in and the one who told me I had to wait until 3:00 in the first place, said “oh - I thought you all were already checked in.” Then just smirked. The room was great and we had a pleasant experience after that. The shuttle driver to the airport the next morning was extremely friendly and got us to the airport in pl any of time.
