This property did not have a working crib available and we were traveling with a 2 year old. Consequently, my son-in-law ended up sleeping on the floor, while his son slept in the queen bed with his mother. My wife and I slept in the other queen bed. There wasn't a fold out couch in the room, just a chair and ottoman in addition to the two queen beds. The desk clerk contacted the owner, but they were unable to solve this problem. The next morning we went down to the breakfast area, and while the young woman working there was nice, she could not understand what we were saying to her. We found this very frustrating and I'm sure it was for her as well. Communicating with your customers is very important in my opinion.
The hotel was in a prime location for food and access to necessities and attractions. The staff was very accommodating to any need we had. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was hot, although pre cooked/packaged items. We loved the waffle maker. The hotel was quiet and it was an enjoyable 2 night stay.
Personnel were nice, helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Easy check-in and check-out. Affordable.
