Friendly staff and clean accommodations. The young lady who checked us in made sure we had a room on the top floor since there were young girls athletic teams in the hotel during our stay. We appreciated that very much.
Best Western Plus Hershey staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and there was plenty of space to eat. The elevator broke while we were there causing a bit of an inconvenience along.
