The lady who handles the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. The front desk was good but on Saturday Morning at 7 am we asked for a late checkout being we checked in late and the guy who answered was short and gave some phrased response as to why we couldn't get a late checkout. This hotel is a little dated but at least we had a lake view.
Free parking and an easy drive to downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
