Received an assisted room and did not request one. Only one left even with a reservation. Lots of dogs on our wing and barking all night. Made a complaint to front desk in middle of night but nothing happened. Room was very old and bathroom was not very accommodating.

I appreciate the attempt to have a business center, but it had only 1 computer and it did not work - the keyboard was connected but not functional. Breakfast was minimally adequate, but sufficient.
ease of check-in and comfy room.
Sheets were clean but only lukewarm water. Room wasn’t vacuumed or clean before our arrival and mirror was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t edible.

Best hotel mattress in quite a while, and what else matters more? Room was clean, dog room was near back door, breakfast was real egg omelet. Hotel is very near a large mall and many surrounding restaurants.
