Most guest rooms at this waterfront hotel offer picturesque views of the marina or harbor; there are a variety to choose from, all stylishly decorated. There are two relaxing pool areas on site. Smoke free premises. 227 units, some efficiencies. 3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Hotel was clean and good location
Staff was friendly at the beginning on assisting on getting a room for us early sating that it was going to be on the first floor which was great. Went back to check in later and was ignored and finally told that "THEY WILL HELP YOU OVER THERE". I get it that the ones that assisted us were in training, however the whole time they were speaking in Spanish. When we finally got our room, the door to the room was open with the Housekeeping cart parked out front, the Maid was in the room sitting on the chair at the desk with the phone plugged in with their feet propped up on the desk. When asked if roomed was cleaned, yes, and quickly unplugged the phone. Asked if he was installing something, a quick "no" was the reponse. The room had mosquitos and other bugs. Checking out, the front reception hardly gave the time of day. When asked about a printout receipt, he stated that they don't do that, it'll be emailed to you due to being booked by a Third Party "Expedia" and gave the receipt for parking out. They charged $25.00 to park there and was handed a parking pass to hang on the review mirror. Guess what, the other vehicles that were parked around our car DID NOT HAVE the parking pass. I am so disappointed with the staff at the hotel.
