Yes the hotel is a very nice hotel with awesome receptionist & the buffet food workers was so nice & amazing as well! The free breakfast food was incredible as always! This is my second time staying in this hotel & 16 months later the jacuzzi was still broke, not working but this time no sign stating just notice jets was not working & tons of dirt at the bottom of jacuzzi. Last time I came in August 2022, the jacuzzi was broke, so just wondering why 16 months later still broke. I was really looking forward to getting in jacuzzi especially after driving 4 hours from Southern California, was looking forward to relaxing. However, that was not the case :(
the staff was really great and the place was clean; However, the beds were REALLY Bad..
Great place. Everyone welcoming including the breakfast crew along with a great breakfast. Jordan particularly welcoming to all of our party of 4.
