I specifically got a room with a jetted tub… I filled the tub with water and immediately there was body hair floating! I was so grossed out! Tried to turn the tub on and it wouldn’t work!!! Then I looked up at the shelf in the shower and there was an open bar of soap! The staff did not clean this room! I am so disgusted! I will never rent a room from this hotel again! The lady who was in the breakfast area was super nice and helpful!
