Rooms are stylish and bright, with modern furnishings, comfortable bedding, good-sized work space and compact bathroom. Multi-room suites can be created by renting several rooms and joining them via connecting room doors. A few rooms feature a two-person jetted tub. Complimentary breakfast is served each morning. The handicapped assessable room didn't have any place in the bathroom to set your toiletries on. Neither did it have any towel bars to hang towels on. Then they only had one trash can in the room inside the bathroom which was inconvenient Only grab bars and inside the walk in shower no place to put soap, shampoo, etc. We asked to switch rooms for the second night and they did accommodate us at around 2:00pm. that day. No boiled eggs for breakfast on Monday morning. Their excuse was that they had to many events going on and so they ran out of eggs. Tuesday morning the excuse for no boiled eggs was that they were ordered but didn't come in on the truck. Hallway on the floor we stayed on needed to be vacuumed because of all the pieces of paper, etc. on the carpet on Sunday when we checked in. Check out was a pain through their self-checkout system that had you talk with a live person on a screen. The manager had to be called to check me out since no one was working the front desk from 8:15-after 10:30. I had to tell them about the faucet in our room and some other things the hotel needed to know about. The best thing about the hotel was Karen who worked the front desk all day Sunday and the location which was 3 minutes from the event we were attending.
