Rooms can be small, but they offer plenty of desk space and split bathrooms. The large indoor pool is decked out in Arkansas Pride décor. Many rooms offer at-door parking. Smoke free premises. 68 units. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.

Breakfast was rather poor. Coffee ran out. Eventually refilled. All muffins eaten by 8:30am and not replenished. Loud music cranking downstairs from resident in pickup truck until 11:15pm but front desk did not help. Good news: one of the cheapest found for this date. & Front desk friendly.
The staff was nice. The hotel needs updating. I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. The sheets were clean but had stains. My room was missing the smoke detector and 2 days into my stay my door key stopped working which took 3 trips to the guest lobby to resolve meanwhile my poor dog was locked in the room and I couldn’t get to her for 45 minutes. I can’t recommend this hotel.
