Hotel location was perfect for visiting family in The Villages. Bar area was not open during most of the hours they were supposed to be and closed completely a couple of nights before 8pm. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Experienced one agent be flat out rude to someone in front of me for speaking to her because she ineeded to wait to acknowledged first because she was busy, with 2 people in line. Although the hotel was furnished well and it was clean, we would probably never stay here again due to the unfriendliness. The price point doesn't fit the experience.

This is a lovely hotel. I only stayed one night and wished I could have stayed longer! As a single woman I felt safe and the staff was so kind checking me in after a weary day.
