An additional charge was put on my card after the $150 hold was released and I cannot understand why

Hotel seems very run down, in need of renovations

There is only bellman service for luggage and that was an issue for us as we parked before registering. Once parked, no luggage service. Everything was very expensive from drinks, meals, and stores.
