This property is located in the heart of the city where all the action lies. The famous Beale Street is just a couple blocks away. Most of the guest rooms feature walk-in showers. Smoke free premises. 174 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The room didn't seem to be complete when I got to the room. Water carafe was missing, & there were not enough towels. After multiple attempts to get the TV remote to work, I called the front desk & they sent their "engineer" to my room. He quickly noted that the remote was the wrong one for the TV. There was a bag advertising a $5 breakfast delivered to your room. When I called about it, I was told that they weren't doing that as they "didn't have all the items " for it so it was not available. Hard to believe as it only offered yogurt, coffee and fruit. The hotel mixed up my reservation. They had me checking out after 2 nights, not the 5 nights I had booked. I had to go down to the front desk and show them the email I received. Thank goodness I had the email from AAA confirming my 5 night stay. I did like the walk in shower.

Hotel is a 3 star at best. Not very clean and maintained in the restaurant and public areas. Restaurant service extremely slow. Hotel room not cleaned well, dusty and dirty floors. Valet parking over priced at $30 per night. Public parking available within 1/2 block much cheaper.
The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff is great. We really enjoyed our stay. That said, it is a bit noisy since it's so close to Beale St so at night, downtown memphis is noisier thatn we preferred.
