O quarto estava muito sujo, principalmente o banheiro, quem limpa o banheiro deveria usar clorox e esfregar um pouco mais. O teto estava muito mofado e velho o que causou uma sensação ruim. Tive que tomar café da manhã em pe pois as mesas não comportam a quantidade de pessoas que estavam esperando. Tinha muito cabelo na banheira. Acho que o quarto não foi limpo, só fizeram as camas.

Kitchen staff could not keep up with volume of customers. Hotel did not have our reservation. Seems the third party through whom we booked failed to make the reservation and pay the hotel. We spent a couple of hours on the phone solving the issue.
