Having to go outside to go to an inside pool. Having to go outside and into another building to go for breakfast. Shower head dirty and bathroom wallpaper pealing.

Did not give me the room I reserved and paid for. Front desk refused to look at my reservation I had pulled up on my phone to prove I was to have a lake view room. Called AAA and they attempted to call the front desk to get the reservation corrected and the front desk refused to even pull up my reservation to discuss with the agent the situation. Wouldn’t discount my room because they said I was paying less for the room I got with the promotion I received with AAA. The promotion I got was for the lake view room, I would have paid even less with the promotion for the room I received. Room was clean but extremely outdated.

The room was clean and comfortable bed. We loved the view of the lake from the balcony. There were chairs where we could sit out and watch the sunrise. We would definitely come here again.
