Modest-sized rooms here are modern and well kept. Located in Midtown near the cruiseliner piers, it's also in the vicinity of Broadway theaters. Parking is available at the lots on neaby 10th Avenue. Smoke free premises. 89 units. 9 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The first room they gave us was in the basement. Very odd room, but the deal break was there were towels and stuff in the bathroom floor, obviously had not been cleaned. The second room was much better. Breakfast buffet was very sparse and crowded. The saving grace for this was a very very nice and patient front desk person.
Clean, decorations, housekeeping. The young man at the front desk was going to give me a hard time because I didn't have my AAA card; however, I had he No. in my 'phone. Otherwise, I think he was have put me in the street in 39 degree weather.
