Spacious studio suites offer plump bedding, a large desk and a pull-out sofa. A few rooms with a king bed have a two-person jetted bathtub. Waffles are featured on the daily complimentary breakfast. The manager did there best to help out concerning there interstate road noise and lack of accessible room features. They have one shower seat for all of there accessible rooms and they did try to find it, to no avail during our 4 night stay. Seems like Comfort Inn could afford to have more than one shower seat. We also had to constantly have our room key reprogrammed and the night desk clerk had an attitude, it seemed like it was our fault and they were getting tired of us asking for the reprogram. To avoid the constant interstate noise, I suggest opting for an even numbered room. Breakfast was good, although the menu never changed
Our room was fine, good proximity to restaurants, and the breakfast was satisfactory; however, the location of this hotel is extremely noisy with road noise from the interstate. I would hesitate to book here again for that reason. Also, we were surprised that this was the most expensive hotel - for the accommodations - on our road trip. We were able to get even better accommodations for a lower price in Pigeon Forge,Tennessee and Kentucky. I used to live in Salisbury and would not expect this town to warrant such high prices.
