This hotel showed my reservation as a no show even though I arrived at 9:15pm. Then they charged me more for.a room. Then to.top.it off they gave me a room that the key wouldn't work. Got.another and same issue. The night clerk came up with the master key and when opening the door found it.locked from inside. Someone else was occupying that room. They finally got.me another room that was empty. No Manager on site and left a.message when checking out and never got.a callback.
