💕🥰Customer Service Excellent & Clean Spacious Room & Good Breakfasts 💕
Don't let the words in the name fool you. It's not Comfortable and the Suite consisted of a second tv and a broken down sofa bed that few would pick up off the side of the road. This is a hotel in dire need of a complete makeover. From a customer service perspective, we had to request towels every day even though we requested housekeeping services, which evidently are not standard anymore. The room keys never worked for more than two days in a row. I understand hotel room floors should never be considered clean, but I felt dirty walking around the room without my socks on. Breakfast items were not replenished frequently, so several of the already sparse options were empty half way through the breakfast hours. Needles to say we'll look for something else for our next visit.
