The room was dirty, bed was awful and bugs were seen! I would never have stayed there if I had seen the outside of this place first before booking it on the recommendation of AAA.

Everyone concerned was attentive and friendly to our needs as a family. Room was great and met our needs.
The Room had serious issues! The Desk Clerk was great! After checking in and taking our items to room, we immediately noticed an issue with the air in the room: strong odor and mildew. My husband has asthma and had issues, I also experienced breathing issues. We checked out 30 minutes later, there were no other rooms available at this hotel.
