Hotel was very busy so had to wait for front desk clerk. Couch in room had dirty stains on it and rips. Equipment in the workout room was broken and did not have other dumb bells to use. Shuttle driver was kind and helpful. Bag breakfast was an apple and water. Not sure what happened to breakfast bar that clerk had told me would be in it. The location and shuttle was our reason for choosing this hotel. We made our flight so we were happy.

The location was perfect for my needs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and willing to assist. The onsite restaurant was a plus. Staff their also friendly and efficient and the food was very good. The shuttle staff was also very friendly and willing to assist and efficient and timely in getting us to/from the airport.

Everything was very satisfactory except that when I received my confirmation email nowhere on it did it show the room rate. I was surprised at checkout that it was higher than I thought I had booked the 2 rooms for, and higher than the walk up rate was. That didn’t sit well with me.
Plumbing was very noisy in this room. The basin's stopper stopped water from draining...it was broken. We constantly heard people above us walking around/flushing toilets/opening water, etc.
