This property features a central pool and sun deck area. The contemporary guest rooms are done in soft gray tones and are loaded with amenities, including oversize beds. Smoke free premises. 74 units, some efficiencies. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

We were definitely were not happy at all staying here. The rooms were not cleaned very well. No attention to detail. Alot of workers but no one working. The breakfast was not good. Eggs were soupy. the coffee was so thick and horrible. The floors were so sticky. The TV in our room was crooked hanging there on the wall. The water jug with cucumber and lemons was there for 4 days without being cleaned the fruit was slimy. Maintenance was no good. We needed a light bulb replaced and our sink did not drain very good. So what does he do takes the plug for the bath tub. There went me soaking in the tub. I called down stairs. They have no clue what happened to the plug for the tub! Never said anything about the tub. It was the sink not draining. He did nothing to the sink. I'm thankful I did not get sick or something worse. This is a AAA referred hotel on lackland afb. I'm sure many many people come here because it so close. Drive the extra couple miles. It's not worth the stay here! With a busy couple of days planned to the maximum I did not have the time to switch hotels. We did enjoy the little doggie in the entrance way!
There is a gentleman at the front desk that is very rude and has zero customer service skills. The breakfast is very mid, and the coffee was cold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid this place at all cost!
