I would like to spotlight both Jade and Parathorn for their professionalism. In particular, Parathorn was able to save funds by searching for a better rate without the help of any 3rd party site. And Jade made adjustments to my stay easy. The stairs are clean and look practially brand new and in excellent condition. Ample free parking. The lounge area is spacious and has nice decor. There are towels and water cooler with cups in the fitness center for visitors. The toliet has strong suction and good height. No neighbor noise can be heard through the walls. Balcony with seating is a plus. Large rooms that were nicey furnished. Great location to the nearby convention center, shopping, and resturants. On the downside, the were no channels targeted for latinos or African-Americans. No microwaves in the hotel. It appears that displaced residents from the nearby areas live there. No grab bar in the shower to help with stability. They need more electrical outlets. The fitness center needed more privacy drapes. The tub was extremely slow to drain. Water was coming up to the ankles.
