Front desk was very friendly and always willing to help. Maid service lacked attention to detail (e.g. body wash dispenser broken, didn't replenish coffee, hair from others remained on bathroom floor). Window to the outside was disgustingly dirty.

Had an amazing stay, kind staff and clean facilities. Food delicious also pool clean.
We had a great experience from the moment we were welcomed in the door. Host staff was great! The room was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable. The pool area could use a little updating with the tile and ceiling (some tile cracking in corners and on wall, ceiling had a few holes, but the area was o.k.)
1. The picture presented of the hotel is completely false...it is a very small property. 2. Maintenance needed to be made in our bathroom for a clogged drain and running toliet...never got done. 3. Cleaning staff did not service our room on our final day there. 4. No complimentary breakfast. 5. No free shuttle to Sea World even though advertised as a Sea World property. 6. I would pick a different hotel if I were to stay in San Antonio again.
The bistro was misleading, not staffed or opened at all.
