The imposing hotel features spacious public areas, including a large pool and courtyard rimmed with tropical plants. All bathrooms have two separate sinks and vanities, a family-friendly convenience. Located close to the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Louisville Airport, this large hotel hosts numerous conferences and has an abundance of meeting space. Right front desk associate did not acknowledge me as I patiently waited to be called upon. Left front desk associate finished with customer ahead of me and then greeted and helped me. Meanwhile another guest walked up and right front guest associate greeted, helped, and finished with them immediately. Being ignored is horrible service. Also, we were told there was no bar soap our first night there nor was there any in our room yet housekeeping left us some the next morning.
