This hotel is a block from the Crystal City Metro station via an underground passageway. Stylish rooms have streamlined décor, with vinyl floors, expansive work spaces and a huge, wall-mounted TV. Smoke free premises. 347 units. 11 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The first stay included parking and I had to ask how to get that benefit when I left. They charged me $36 for something and then wouldn't remove it and said I had to email. Then more odd charges for the 2nd stay. The room I booked was $153 but I was charged $197 so now I have to call.
I enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. However, I did not appreciate the fact that I was told one price on AAA while reserving the room. But when checking out the price of the stay was higher than what I was told. Also, the WiFi is not included it is a separate fee per night.
The location was excellent. It is located in the section of Arlington Va. known as Crystal City. This hotel had a tunnel walkway that connected it to the Metro. The Metro is an excellnet way to travel to various areas, attractions and landmarks of Washington D.C. It was approximately a 20 minute ride to Metro Center. This is the major transfer point in the Metro rapid rail system. The tunnel itself was well lit and clean and had various shops along the way. The parking area for the hotel is in a location that brings you to an entrance to this tunnel walkway. This then led you to the entrance of the hotel with hotel elevators that took you to the lobby. This was an easy way to check in and bring your luggage into the hotel. The hotels cleaniness was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not included but in the lobby there is a restaurant/tavern called BELL20 where you can purchase food for breakfast or dinner for reasonable prices. We stayed on a weekend. Our room was across from a major construction site. If you are staying on weekdays, I recommend you ask for a room away from this construction site due to posiible noise.

Comfortable and well apportioned hotel. Not easily found for those arriving by car. Access to mass transit is *excellent* - rooms were industrial modern. If you need to be near Reagan National and the Metro, highly recommended.
