The staff was terrific but the room was a bit worn. Bed skirts were starting to fall apart. A pickle was left in the refrigerator, There is an ironing board on the wall but no iron. The desk person said one wasn't available. The sink and toilet were clogged. Nothing nasty in the toilet, thankfully. Again the staff was great and offered to move us to another room but the hotel was full. A handyman was quickly summoned to take care of the plumbing. He mentioned that the hotel is scheduled for remodeling in a few weeks. This is a good thing.
