It was nice, clean, & well maintained

Everything was perfect. The only issue was that we were unable to utilize the room safe; it was locked and no staff was there to fix it. We waited in our room for someone to come but it never happened.

Cleaning staff at food court, in public bathrooms and on the casino floor were very visible and worked very hard to maintain cleaniness. During our visit (Sunday to Tuesday) the number of restaurants in the complex opened were very limited along with limited hours for the food court (which had 3 vendors, 4 including hotdog stand). Not many eating options outside of the hotel within a 10 mile radius. Staff/bell hops were not around to assist with luggage. At check in $75 incidental charge per night. Credit at the end of the stay. Recommend checking out personally at the end of the stay to hand in door keys and review bill.

Very clean and well kept Hotel. Very nice casino as well. No smoking on the premises makes for a very fresh smelling atmosphere. The food was very good as well. Staff were courteous and very friendly and knowledgeable.
