The hotel was very dirty. Never replaced towels. Even after we asked. Had to go down to lobby and pick up towels everyday. Tried using phone in room to call front desk to get towels and it was full of some kind of liquid all over phone. It was disgusting.

Bed linen was horrible. Comforter dingy, visible stains as well as top sheet, like the bed was just remade with them. After I arrived I requested for extra washcloths, never received them spoke to Anthony. Next morning requested wash cloth’s again, waited a hour and a half still none. Called front desk again young lady stated she gave message to housekeeping , couldn’t believe they didn’t bring them yet, and that she would call me back . Well that never happened. Other party with me went to their car to get something and stopped at front desk for wash cloths. They returned with hand towels, was told I didn’t receive wash cloths due to there not being anymore clean. This hotel is on my DNR list. This hotel is not worth what they’re charging.
