The full-service hotel offers large standard rooms and two-room suites, some with jetted tubs. Rooms opposite the W Bay St side are quieter; otherwise, choose an upper floor to limit traffic noise. The ample upscale and comfortable public spaces are perfect for gathering with fellow travelers to discuss the day's events or plan tomorrow's. The property is located across the street from the riverfront. Smoke free premises. 151 units. 6 stories, interior corridors.

The hotel was nice. Good location. I was not pleased with the booking portion. I booked for the 16th, and when I checked my confirmation it showed the 17th. I contacted the hotel and I was told the room I selected so it defaulted to the previous night since it wasn’t 4am yet. The hotel also said I was already charged and nothing would be done. When we called back and spoke to the manager we were told book that night and we would have our money refunded. When I booked the exact same issue. I called again and I was told the room wasn’t available again so it defaulted to the night that the room was available. They changed our room and we were able to stay, however they charged us for 2 nights and we’re still waiting on the room credit. It wasn’t a very seamless experience. Valet parking is the only parking and it’s $42 per vehicle per night.
