1. The worst hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. A thin cheap mattress on a loose cheap particle board frame! Really? At a Doubletree? The mattress was like a king sized BOWL we could not sleep due to rolling into each other! 2. Front desk check in…. No cookies, smiles or Merry Christmas! Very concerned with their own conversations. 3. Upon checkout… no asking how was your stay? Was everything ok? Thank you for staying… nothing. Totally unsatisfactory stay ( about 12 hours) for $141!
