We waited 45min for airport shuttle and had to call twice because the front desk didnt bother to communicate with the driver...the crazy part, the shuttle driverfor the other double tree told us to call twice as if she knew they would drop the ball. It was 9pm at night..so not even their busy checkin time...the 1st room was disgusting smelled of mold-damp and the ac was squeelimg. Carpet was fringed and shredded where it met the tile. So i immediately asked for another room and this one had drywall damage in the bathroom. But at least it didnt smell as bad The breakfast was amazing, except we paid for our own and they still charged our room. Then we looked at our credit card and we have 2 pending charges on our room for over $200. When we called they just showed 1...so my take is he charged us again when we switched rooms...hopefully it will fall off Monday. This is a very very outdated motel....dark...nothing I would have expected...we spent 1 night, and then went to Worldmark resort on a hotel stay and got the quality we were wanting.
