Very comfortable, easy access to road travel. We were pleased to charge our EV overnight; another important advantage to helping us on our way south. I valued pool access for my PT needs, and staff members were helpful. We weren’t previously aware of the charge for parking.

Hotel was being remodeled. Should have been notified. Restroom door lock was on the outside. Someone could be locked in the restroom. If I knew the hotel was being remodeled I would not have made reservations.
I used AAA to book this reservation. I trust AAA rating system so I did not do more research. When I got to the Hotel I was told there was a fee for the parking security and the breakfast. When I was on AAA there was no info. on these hidden charges. I even when back to the AAA website to confirm this later. I am making assumptions but I don't think there is a security system in place. The staff member graciously waved the charges for the breakfast. However, I was still charged for the parking. When I spoke with another staff member suggesting the hotel owner should be more forthcoming about the charges, she was clearly irritated with me. After reading reviews online. It turns out hidden parking and breakfast charges are an issue at this hotel for several people. I feel bad that the desk staff has to take the brunt of these complaints because the owner is being dishonest to their customers. This is a dirty business practice. I hope that AAA takes them off their preferred hotel list. That being said, the accommodations were what I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Don't get the breakfast. It is not good quality. $10 at McDonalds is a much better investment.

hotel was under construction, a warning would have suffice. Paint fumes are not what I want to inhale while sleeping.
