Rooms were clean and the hotel itself was new and beautiful. The front desk person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Pool was not as clean as it could have been, but there were teams staying there and many kids in the pool.

Convenient location near INDEPENDENCE attractions. Staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Ladies in the food court area were especially friendly and attentive. Excellent free breakfast, and evening happy hour was amazing with complimentary drinks and a full buffet dinner.
