There was no staff on location. Check in was done via webcam- type device with a person outside of the US. The room was dirty and dusty. There was a black ring at water level in the toilet bowl. The bath tub was dirty and the caulk around the tub was stained with black mildew.

The check in took far too long, and the breakfast was brutal - cold cereal. There system for check in utilized a screen and an employee talking through the screen. Even though there was a line of people the manager did not attempt to speed the process by checking anyone in. The card key to our room did not work so I had to get the manager to fix that. I expected a little more variety for the continental breakfast. In comparison to many other places, this was the worst I have ever seen.
