I asked to change pillows twice for cotton. they never did it.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was within 15 minutes walking distance to everything we had planned. Our room was very clean. The elevator waits weren't too long except on the day we were checking out so give yourself extra time.

This hotel is in an area filled with drug shops, addicts, and gang members. The Joyce restaurant next door was great and only safe option for dining. Did not feel safe enough to go out in evening. Was not the upscale vacation in Manhattan that we expected! Would not go back!
