The two story lobby chandelier and water features “wow” guests as they enter. The large rooms provide floor-to-ceiling windows with great city views. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop lounge. There is a 24/7 Top Golf suite in the lobby. Smoke free premises. 177 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 15 stories, interior corridors.

The hotel is worthy of 5 stars, the one thing I needed throughout our stay was not available. They don’t offer 24hr food service. Granted we are in the middle of DT Knoxville so we could go get food. They do have a market that has some food and snacks for after hours. 5 Stars for the staff, the room and the environment. Will stay there again!
The Embassy Suites… Knoxville Downtown is very nice. It is in a very convenient location a block from the Square with plenty of restaurants on the Square & in the surrounding area. However, the hotel increased the room rate significantly from what was advertised on aaa.com. Also, the bathroom light was on a timer & kept shutting off while we were taking showers.
