Overall, the room was fine, but the heat was not working (it got down to the 40's that night). The clerk offered to move me to another room, but I was already unpacked, so it was OK. Temp in room did not go below 65, so it was acceptable.

All was fine other than evidently the AAA site seems to always book a handicap room. That is not my status & I do not want to take away this type of room for someone who actually needs it. Plus, I prefer a full-sized bathroom, etc. The desk clerk switched my room with no hassle. Room was clean & orderly (kudos to the cleaning staff). I find at this hotel the bathroom sink does not initially have hot water, but when you turn on the water at the mini-kitchen sink, it seems to activate it. Weird. I think with the Pandemic hotels are having various infrastructure issues, possibly due to shortage of skilled trade labor. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel completely.
Room was great. Staff very attentive & courteous. Free parking, which is great, but difficult to drive in/out because of traffic near university area.
