The hotel itself was ok and close to main street in Concord. However, the surrounding area was questionable. There were homeless people and camps all around. People hooting and hollering late at night. really didn't feel all the safe and the front door was locked after 11:00. the only way in was to swipe your room card. Really didn't feel all that safe there and wouldn't walk anywhere from the hotel.

This is a good hotel for the price. If you are looking for quality on a budget, this is for you. If you are looking for five stars on the cheap, keep dreaming. We almost changed hotels because of some of the negative reviews, I'm glad we didn't. As an example, someone posted there was graffiti in the elevator. Truth; someone key-scratched an inside section of the elevator in a 10-inch square. Other posts are similar in their dramatization of the facts. As another example... Yes, indeed, the hot-tube was not in service. As a consolation, while it is being repaired, they are offering complimentary use of a larger nicer pool and hot tub across the road. If you book a hotel based on its hot tub, this isn't for you. One final note, as hotel breakfasts go, this was surprisingly varied and unexpectedly good.
They gave my room away after I called and said I was going to be late and they said it was ok.thenthey still charged me for that day
