Hotel was clean and updated, the room was very comfortable. The situation of Friday night could have been handled much better. We had people check in upstairs who sounded like they were having a wrestling match over our heads, and it was after 10pm. We had to talk to the people at the front desk several times before it was handled. When I talked to the girl at the front desk, she explained they just came back from a birthday party and she spoke to them; I told her they did not heed her as the noise continued, and she gave me a hard stare and offered no apologies for any inconvenience nor how to resolve the problem. I used to work in customer service, and it is unacceptable to speak to someone as she spoke to me and stare me down like that. At least Saturday night was quiet. I would have given a five star rating if the staff handled this situation better.
