The TV did not work and we tried to call the front desk. Phone was off the hook due to only one person at desk. We were told that someone would come up and reset the TV. No one ever came. They told us we could switch our room. When we went to get a new room they said we could not switch because we used AAA and we did not make the reservation. We had reservations for the same hotel on the way back through and just cancelled them because of the hustle. We talked to someone from the Hotel the next day that knew what they were doing, and she apologized several times. We did get a discount which was nice for out troubles but will not stay there again

The breakfasts at Marriott are usually very good. The breakfast offered at this Marriott was the worse I’ve ever had. At any hotel.
