Public areas of this hotel are bright and contemporary. The inviting communal table is perfect for socializing. Guest rooms feature soothing blue accent walls and large pull-out desks. This hotel is surrounded by shopping outlets and restaurants; downtown and the lakefront are a short drive. Smoke free premises. 62 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The keycard for the hotel is intended to access the building from the side entrances. The door on the north side (I believe) was not operational. With that said folk were using stones, sticks to keep the door propped open in order to get to their parked vehicles which is a security risk. We inquired about it and was told "the door is finicky" and "sorry, but you'll need to use the main entrance." Also, the ice maker was out of order for most of the entire week we stayed and again we inquired and was told "Sorry, but there is a gas station up the road." That was a huge inconvenience to most of us travelers. Overall, the hotel accommodations were good. I would recommend it to others.

Our stay was at the beginning of the tulip festival and the cost was very high. We were there 2 nights and room service did not clean our room. We had to pull the front desk attendant away from his duties to get us some fresh towels. The toilet paper was almost gone so I went to the rest room near the lobby to use that toilet.
