The open-concept lobby offers a comfortable spot to gather or get a bit of work done. And, the rooms are well-designed with comfy bedding, a large desk, large TV with streaming and more. Smoke free premises. 108 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Sheets were dirty. Asked for clean sheets, got more dirty sheets and no change of pillowcases. Called the next day (Aug. 13) to request a partial refund for the unsanitary conditions. Received a return call/message from the hotel manager at 12:39AM. I called corporate the next morning to complain about the cowardly response in the middle of the night and received a refund within 12 hours. I was then charged the full amount again later that same day (Aug. 14). I am told another refund was issued on Aug. 17, 2023 but I have to wait until Aug. 31, 2023 for it to come through. They do nothing but lie and corporate backs them up. But I suppose it makes sense that a hotel that is unsanitary would also handle business so despicably. I have reported the hotel to the Dept. of Health.

The room wasn’t well stocked. No decaf coffee, only one sachet of coffee for two people, few toiletries and no body lotion. Bathroom a bit rundown. Common areas such as the lobby were nicely decorated and breakfast was bountiful.
